DPP parades one more witness in Wittika murder case

The High Court in Lilongwe has this morning continued hearing the murder case in which Lester Maganga is accused of murdering Allan Wittika, who was an employee of Coca-Cola Company.

Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Masauko Chamkakala has brought one State witness, Paulo Mvula, a teacher at Bambino Private School in Area 15 in Lilongwe.

The DPP was expected to bring three witnesses, but he told the court he managed to bring Mvula only.

Wittika's lifeless body was found on September 20 2023 in Area 15 in his official car.

Justice Mzondi Mvula is presiding over the case.
